Our trip to Colorado 12/11/08 - 12/13/08

So once again our trip back to Colorado for Jared to see his patients. We really enjoy going back and visiting with our friends. This time I sort of took it easy and mostly hung out at the hotel. It was really cold in Colorado and at times it felt unbearable to be outside. While we were there we were invited to join the Lechman's for dinner. We enjoyed their company and really appreciated the dinner. Thanks again. We also had lunch with the Andersen's and would also like to thank them as well. Jared had a good visit with his patients this time and kept really busy. He stated he forgot what it was like to help his patients and how much fun it is. We are still waiting for the office to open in Alpine, UT and so we just hang out a lot at home. Anyway, we decided to head back to Utah on Saturday to avoid another night in the hotel but to our surprise nature had a different story for us. As we were getting closer to Lamier, CO (which is only maybe 2 hours from CO) it was snowing so hard and it was getting worse. As we got to Lamier we ran into the snow storm and everyone was going very slow and our tires were not getting good traction. I talked Jared into staying the night in a hotel since it was so bad and probably at least a foot of snow or more and it wasn't letting up. So we found a hotel and then made it the rest of the way home the next morning.
