Anderson's Trip Out

Anderson's 1st trip out since he has been born. We had to take a trip over to Orem to the Babies R Us to switch out diapers. Here he is all bundled up and ready to go. He did really well and slept the whole way.

Anderson Sleeps & Ashlyn Eats....

Ashlyn at breakfast time gets to watch her Veggie Tales while she eats her breakfast. Ashlyn sure loves blueberry muffins for breakfast and normally after she eats that she has fruit whether it be pears, peaches or strawberries. By the time she is finished and time for clean up she is a mess. Its in the hair and all over her face, not to mention in her eye brows from her rubbing her eyes because she is ready for her morning nap.


She is just getting started with breakfast. One of these days I will have to take a picture of the after moment when she is a mess.

Anderson is peacefully sleeping. He sleeps through just about anything.

He really likes to swing.

This was a little later in the day in the portable swing while he was taking his nap and Ashlyn was down for hers.

Ashlyn's Curiosity with Baby Anderson.....

I was folding some clothes this morning and Ashlyn was playing with her toys. This she noticed that Anderson was on the couch and so she crawled over and took the time to check him out.

Ashlyn helps Me Maw Bonnette Sew Burp Clothes Today.....

So Ashlyn is not to happy that Anderson has white burp clothes because she thinks they are hers. So yesterday anytime she saw he had one or that I was using one on my shoulder for him she would take it from him or me. So I discussed this with Jared's mom and stated that I needed to do something to make them different so that Ashlyn would not think they were hers. So Jared's mom came over today after my dad left and started sewing material to the burp clothes to make them different. So Ashlyn and Me Maw Bonnette worked together on them today.

I'm surprised that Ashlyn sat this still while Me Maw was sewing the burp clothes. Here is the finished product. They came out really cute.

Paw Paw McKee Left Today.....

We were sad to see Paw Paw leave today but we really enjoyed having him here with us. He got to visit with us from June 1 - 16. We really appreciate all he has done for us while he was here and the time he took from work to come and visit us. Ashlyn really took to him and at times would cry when Paw Paw would leave the room or have to leave the house for a little bit.

Day 2 of Anderson new little life. I love the new facial expressions Ashlyn now has. You will see her little personality in these photos. She is getting use to the new little addition and is starting to be gentle with him. She even gave him a kiss today.

Ashlyn got home from Aunt Brandy's. My dad brought her upstairs and she had a big smile on her face at first when she saw me but then when she saw me with Anderson her facial expression changed fast. She wasn't to sure at that moment. I didn't get on camera.
